Ripe and round, Chateau Lanessan 1996 (Haut-Medoc, Bordeaux) is medium brick with aromas of subtle smokey oak, faint cassis and green twig, followed by a rich and concentrated palate, good balance, earthy flavor and smooth tanins ending in a rich finish.
