Delightfully fruity, Chateau La Tour Carnet 2001 (Haut-Medoc, Bordeaux) has a beautifully waxy nose displaying smoke, leather and sweet cassis aromas, it is light/medium bodied with good balance, melted tanins, sweet ripe red fruit and a light elegant finish.
