Chateau Gruaud Larose 2001
Rich and smokey, Chateau Gruaud Larose 2001 (Saint-julien, Bordeaux) is medium ruby and clear, displaying rich waxy aromas of meat, blueberry, smokey oak and leather, light bodied with a slight acidic tinge, round tanins and a little dry on the finish. Re-taste in 5 years. Score 14/20. Hogi Hyun 14 Apr 2005.
